James Swan interior designer and author of “101 Things I Hate About Your House” gave a great seminar on “Finding (and Exploiting) Your Niche in the World of Design”. 50 interior designers from Orange County attended the January 26th seminar, which was followed by a book signing. James shared his business principle of spending 60% of your time marketing and 40% on the core of your business, as well as, other valuable suggestions to increase your business. Everyone enjoyed meeting James and discussing his book over a light breakfast and lattes.
